General Information

At HUB, we've created a unique space that combines both multi-level businesses. Downstairs, you'll find our Pilates and Infrared Sauna facilities, and upstairs, we offer Skin & Massage services.
 

When you make your way upstairs, we kindly ask that you embrace the tranquility of this area. It's a place where people come to unwind and de-stress, so we request your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Please note that, while enjoying our services at HUB, we do not accommodate children. Thank you for your consideration.

Arrival

We kindly request our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. While we always strive to be accommodating, if you happen to be fifteen minutes or more late for your appointment, we may need to make adjustments or, in some cases, cancel your appointment. Please be aware that the in the event that your appointment needs to be cancelled, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment amount.

Refunds and Exchanges
 

We do not provide refund or exchange on retail products or gift vouchers for change of mind or sale items.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, HUB Wellness Group will provide a refund or replacement for a problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

Hub Skin Gift Vouchers
 

Hub Skin Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. These vouchers can be redeemed on any treatment or product at HUB Skin. Please advise voucher code at time of booking and bring voucher along to your treatment.

Vouchers are to be treated like cash as we can't replace it if lost or stolen and are non-refundablePlease note in the event of a late cancellation or no show, your voucher may be charged.

Hub Pilates Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. These vouchers can be used redeemed on any Pilates or Infrared Sauna session.

Use Of Products
 

Upon purchase of products, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose and strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to hello@hubwellnessgroup.com

You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

Payments

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay instore and online. Please note that there is a maximum order value of $1000 with Afterpay.

Our online payment option allows you to use your Credit Card or Debit Card.  We use a trusted, safe and secure payment gateway. Your security while shopping with us online is a priority. As such we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure a secure online purchase environment using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, so that your personal and payment details are kept safe at all times. To verify you are on a secure page look for a padlock icon in your browser address bar, this verifies the authenticity and integrity of our website security.

When you have finalised your card payment, we will immediately receive notification and will be able to process your order within our trading hours.

Delivery and Dispatch 
 

We offer two different methods of shipping. 

Standard Delivery: $10 or FREE on orders over $150 (Metro 3-4 business days) (Regional 5 – 7 business days)
 

Express Post: $12 or FREE on orders over $150 (Metro 1-2 business days) (Regional Please allow an additional 1-2 business days)
 

* All orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

* If you place an order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

* Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the control of HUB Wellness Group Pty Ltd.Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
