Meet Zoe
Zoe discovered her love for Reformer Pilates seven years ago when she first stepped into the studio as a student. What began as a personal passion for movement quickly grew into a desire to help others experience the same joy and empowerment that comes from moving their bodies.
Her classes are energetic, dynamic and uplifting, bringing a vibrant presence to the studio. Zoe loves creating an environment where clients feel supported to challenge themselves while remembering to stay kind to their bodies along the way. As she often reminds her clients, progress comes from showing up, learning and embracing the process — even when things don’t go exactly to plan.
Her favourite Pilates exercise is flying splits, a movement that perfectly captures the strength, control and confidence Pilates can build throughout the body.
Outside the studio, Zoe enjoys staying active through bouldering and salsa dancing, and loves spending her free time travelling, hiking, attending live music and theatre, or simply spending time with friends and family.
When it comes to unwinding, her favourite ritual is a 15-minute meditation before bed or settling in with a good book.
