Charlotte Vanden-Hil
Meet Charlotte, you’ll instantly feel her energy the moment you step into her class. Her journey with Pilates began long before she ever thought about teaching. After undergoing surgery, she was told she’d need months to recover, but thanks to her dedication (practising Pilates four times a week!) she bounced back in just a month. That moment was a turning point. Inspired by her own experience, Charlotte felt called to help others discover the power and benefits of Pilates too.
Her classes are upbeat, passionate, and often include one of her favourite moves, a teaser! She describes Pilates as something to be approached like a sport: you might not know the rules at first, but with time, practice, and patience, you’ll surprise yourself. Don’t expect to give up after one go, especially not with Charlotte cheering you on. You might hear a little Ely Oaks or a pump up song like "Von Dutch" by Charli XCX playing while you move.
When she’s not on the reformer, you’ll likely find her catching up with friends over a matcha, feeding her skin with her favourite skincare routine (a non negotiable wellness ritual), or unplugging from socials with a shower and a nostalgic episode of Full House. Outside of Pilates, Charlotte keeps active at the gym and nurtures her love for music, she’s a trained singer and loves playing instruments in her spare time.
Her teaching style? Let’s just say… it’s a whole vibe. ✨
