Skin & Massage Booking Policy

Hub requires a minimum of 48 hour's notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.  
 

If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hour's notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product at HUB Skin.
 

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.
 

Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.
 

HUB's Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our small business. Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.

Pilates Booking Policy

You have up to 8 hours prior to the start time of your class to cancel and avoid paying for the class you booked. Cancellations outside the 8-hour window are placed back into your account for next time. Cancellations within the 8-hour window are automatically taken from your pack as well as a late cancellation fee of $5. If you fail to cancel and not show, your class will be taken from your pack as well as a no show fee of $10.

Please note, cancellations can only be done via your Momence account via our App - we do not accept cancellations via social media, text, voicemail or email.
