Meg O’Callaghan

Meg began practicing Pilates 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with it as a perfect complement to her Osteopathy studies.

Her strength as an instructor lies in her extensive anatomy and human movement knowledge, allowing her to plan purposeful classes. Pilates shifted her focus from appearance to how exercise makes her feel and its holistic impact on health and well-being. Outside of teaching, Meg works as an Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, enjoys walks, listening to a good podcasts and spending time with her partner Matt or friends over margaritas!
