Tahlia Panuccio
Meet Tahlia, her goal as a Pilates instructor is simple but powerful: to help you feel more confident and connected to your body. It was that very feeling that drew her to Pilates in the first place, and now she channels that passion into every class she teaches. For Tahlia, it's not just about movement, it’s about empowerment and she loves helping others discover their strength, both physically and mentally.
She’s a big fan of anything that works the arms or glutes, especially when there’s some core engagement thrown in (because why not do it all at once?). Her classes are set to upbeat, dancey tunes that keep the energy high, and if “Take It” by Dom Dolla comes on, you know you’re in for a good time. Tahlia encourages her clients to really tune in to how their body feels during a session and listen carefully to instructor cues—it’s the best way to get the most out of every move.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find her winding down with a good face mask and an episode (or three) of Gilmore Girls, getting lost in a book, or heading out for coffee dates and walks with friends or family. Fun fact: she grew up playing tennis and still holds a soft spot for the sport, even if it doesn’t make it into her weekly routine as much as she’d like. And yes…shopping is absolutely a hobby in her books.
