Tahlia Panuccio

Meet Tahlia.

Tahlia’s goal as a Pilates instructor is to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. After discovering the benefits of Pilates herself, she developed a passion for helping others experience the same sense of strength and control through movement.

Her classes focus on controlled, full-body strength with an emphasis on arms, glutes, and core stability. Set to upbeat playlists, her sessions aim to keep the energy high while maintaining a strong focus on technique and alignment.

Tahlia encourages clients to stay present during each exercise and pay close attention to instructor cues to get the most out of every movement.

Outside the studio, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and staying active. Having grown up playing tennis, she still holds a soft spot for the sport.

Her teaching style is calm, supportive, and focused on helping clients build strength and confidence over time.
